In my practice I provide professional, non-sexual bodywork.  I am grateful for the work I have been called to do. I am especially honored to be in this profession at this time when there is such a great need in the world for reverance and healing.

I do my best to provide my clients with a safe and peaceful space in which they can let go of their stress, reconnect with their body and their breathe and gain a better awareness of their body's full potential. 

The foundation of my training is from the 850 hour Massage Therapy Training I completed at the Heartwood Institute of Massage in 2006.  I have since become a Certified Practioner of the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Massage with the Arvigo Institute and have studied Craniosacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute and Neuromuscular Therapy with Precision Neuromuscular Midwest.

Each session I provide is tailored to the individual's needs and is a compilation of all of the techniques I have studied.
