Hello, and welcome to the opportunity to nurture yourself with an hour of relaxation. In my practice, I do my best to provide you with a safe and peaceful space in which you can let go of your stress and gain a better awareness of your body's full potential. I received my training from the Heartwood Institute of Massage located in California.
To deepen my knowledge of the body and the art of massage, I traveled to Belize where I studied Maya Abdominal Massage with Rosita Arvigo at the Arvigo Institute. This was a very intense course that had a large impact on my life. This modality is simple and effective and has made my life as a woman much more comfortable.
