In my practice I provide professional therapeutic bodywork.

I do my best to provide my clients with a safe and peaceful space in which they can let go of their stress, reconnect with their breathe and gain a better awareness of their body's full potential. 

The foundation of my training is from an 850 hour Massage Therapy Training I completed at the Heartwood Institute of Massage in 2006.  I have since become a Certified Practioner of the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Massage with the Arvigo Institute.  I have also studied Craniosacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute and Neuromuscular Therapy with Precision Neuromuscular Midwest.

Each session I provide is tailored to the individual's needs and is a compilation of the techniques I have studied.

I have enjoyed working with a wide variety of clients from professional musicians and athletes to modern day parents and students.
